Grammy award winning rapper, songwriter and producer Consequence has teamed up Revolt TV to bring the world one of his most riveting records to date titled “Who Shot Jamal?” featuring his 11 year old son, Caiden The Crownholder

The song is essentially a conversation between the father and son duo as to how “Jamal” was unfortunately murdered.

The reality in America is that there is a “Jamal” in every Black community who has lost their life to senseless gun violence with many times these crimes remaining unsolved.

In the video, which is directed by Consequence & Zack Wanerman, we see the effect that “Jamal’s” death has had on his family, friends and even his infant daughter. For young black men such as “Jamal” there are a whole host of scenarios which could have likely led to his untimely demise.
