This song is based on the dissemination of findings resulting from research beyond scientific publications is critical to address health inequities. Limited dissemination strategies use art-based products to bridge the gap between research and the community. This gap is wider in the context of distrust in under resourced communities. We aimed to implement a community-engaged approach to disseminate findings resulting from a qualitative
study examining fathers’ barriers and opportunities to actively participate in their children’s lives.
