Stones Throw Records is proud to announce our newest signing, Los Retros.
Los Retros, aka Mauri Tapia, will support Cuco starting today on a sold-out run of California dates including two shows at The Fonda in Los Angeles. He will also play a launch party for theLAnd magazine on Friday, February 22nd at The Echoplex in Los Angeles.

Mauri, a 19 year old from Oxnard CA, has been making music for several years, playing every instrument on his recordings and has grown a loyal fanbase via YouTube, Soundcloud as well as local shows up and down the SoCal coast.
Tracing his musical inspirations to both American and Latin American left-field pop and soft rock groups from the 70s/80s, ‘Los Retros’ is actually an homage to Chilean pop band Los Ãngeles Negros.
