New music from Talib Kweli’s upcoming album ‘Radio Silence’, out November 17.

Talib Kweli is back with his newest video for his latest single, “Heads Up Eyes Open.” With features from Yummy Bingham and Rick Ross, the song and video touch on themes of spirituality, media misrepresentation, and police brutality.

Kweli reflects on what the album means to him, and his mindset when creating it, “I wanted to create an album that showcased my growth as a musician and I feel I’ve done that whether people understand its vision or not… This is not an album that owes its inspiration to an aesthetic, this is the sound I heard in my head.”
