On Nov 18th, The Pendletons, will release their “Gotta Get Out” EP via Voltaire Records. Comprised of E Da Boss (one half of the Stones Throw signed group Myron & E) and Trailer Limon, the group emerged with their very first release in 2010 for their 7” of “Coming Down / Waiting on You” which sold out almost immediately, receiving constant play from DJs at modern-funk / boogie club nights like Funkmosphere (LA) and Sweater Funk (SF). The “Gotta Get Out” EP highlights the hardships of life and love, with the smooth and bass heavy grooves of The Pendletons.

Today, check out the official music video for the track “Gotta Get Out” which features vocal assistance from Jimetta Rose and I, CED. The song provides an anthem for the everyday working man/woman, which is cleverly demonstrated in the music video.
