‘Osso Buco’ (iTALIAN “bone with a hole”/taken from an Italian veal dish) is the first of the aptly-named Good Eats tracks, and is a soapbox moment for Cyrano to speak on his life as a Black man in the South, and also on how it feels to live in the politically-tumultuous “Bible Belt” of North Carolina. Dasan brings a powerful closing to articulate the experience of being an artist with a dream. SharpCuts provides a celebratory boom-bap instrumental.
