SPEAK Easy and Canned Beatz release the album “EVIETS REDNOW 2”. This project is a labor of love dedicated to the living legend Mr. Stevie Wonder. Many people wait until a legend is dead before they sing his praise, this album serves as a testament to the genius that is still with us.
The album was conceived on July 5rd, 2013 during Canned Beatz Day. When telling a friend of his next album based on music by Stevie Wonder, SPEAK was told of the EVIETS REDNOW project.
“It came out November 20, 1968. I did a little research and found out the label (Motown) wouldn’t let him use his name due to the fact it was more instrumentation, less singing.
