And out of those many sounds —hitting our ear drums on a daily basis here in Brooklyn, pouring out of car stereos, blasting through open apartment windows, and lighting up block parties all around this borough — Is hip-hop. Kings County has given the world of hip-hop legendary rappers like Big Daddy Kane, Mos Def, Jay-Z, Talib Kweli and Biggie Smalls (JUST to name a few) – joining those ranks is the one and only Skyzoo.
