Seattle-based hip hop/blues three-piece, The Bad Tenants, are announcing the release of their latest single, “Mush.” This track comes from their most recent EP, Mostly People, which dropped in early August. We Out Here remarked, “Playful, humorous and surprisingly inappropriate at times, Mostly People will impress both orthodox and progressive rap fans and leave your mom bobbing her head.”

The band broke into the music scene in 2011, with a premiere of their first music video in a sold out movie theater in their hometown of Bellingham, WA. This kicked off the band’s career, that currently includes three album/EP releases, numerous competitions and tours across the United States.

Described by 206 Up as “good humored, good natured and always down to have a good time,” The Bad Tenants create a sound that’s all their own. “Mush” shows how the trio “effortlessly melds aspects of jazz and blues into their fun and energetic hip-hop tracks, singing, rapping and playing instruments along the way.(We Out Here)” Stay tuned for more from The Bad Tenants!
