Trumpeter, Josh Evans, will release his new album “Hope and Despair” on September 18th via Oliver Lake’s Passin’ Thru imprint. Composed almost entirely by Josh Evans (except for the last song “Nji Lule”), the album showcases Josh’s compositional capabilities which features more recent compositions with some older compositions written while in college. Each composition carries a deep meaning for Josh, which is directly related to his own life, while also commenting on his general thoughts on current events.
