Modern funkster from Los Angeles, XL Middleton, is set to release his debut full length album “Tap Water” on October 30th via MoFunk Records.

The Pasadena-based artist/producer blends his influences of Morris Day, Roger Troutman, and George Clinton alongside his local surroundings to create a funk-out experience with feel good vibes that can be felt universally.

Today, check out the first single from the upcoming “Tap Water” album for the song “Psychic.” The up-tempo track is the perfect soundtrack for an end of the summer BBQ.
