Currently residing in San Francisco, CA, Professor Brian Oblivion will release his instrumental hip hop album “Dissertation: Vol. 1” on September 4th via Clockwise Records.

Professor Brian Oblivion’s influences lay deeply rooted in sample based production, utilizing turntables, an MPC and a diverse sound library ranging from soundtracks, funk, soul, jazz, psych rock and world music. After producing a track on Homeboy Sandman’s “Hallways” album, Professor Brian Oblivion is preparing to release his instrumental opus, “Dissertation Vol. 1.”
