MISTRESS MUSIC is the 2nd single from ‘The Red, Gold & Green Machine’s ‘ debut album PLANET AFRICA. This performance was recorded in downtown Los Angeles at California Plaza’s legendary summer concert series. Double Gee and The DAKAH hip-hop orchestra handled this 3 dimensional arrangement of the original album favorite. DAKAH is made up of LA’s most active touring musicians who also back the majority of the prominent soul/R&B/hip-hop/Afro-beat artists. dr.Oop and DAKAH have a long history dating back to 2006 highlighted by a ‘Scion car company ‘ sponsored run that included big shows at SXSW, the New Orleans Jazz festival and the Disney Concert Hall.
