BJ The Chicago Kid – The M.A.F.E. Project
In recent months, BJ The Chicago Kid has been feeding his hungry fanbase with one high-quality promo single after another, but has kept quiet as far as when he’ll be unleashing something more substantial. As it turns out though, he has been prepping a project for release: namely The M.A.F.E. Project, a free digital full-length comprising 11 tracks’ worth of new and previously-released material from the Windy City crooner.
The set packs numerous records previously featured on our front page, including “Perfect,” “Wednesday Weekend,” “Good Karma,” “Go Girl,” “Real Love Never Dies,” “Soul of a Woman” and “B.A.M.”
Freddie Gibbs, Harold Lilly, Jails “J-MO†Mozee, Sasha Go Hard, Smoke DZA and The James Brown Band of 1972 make guest appearances, joining BJ over production by BJTCK, Brody “The Great” Brown, Da Internz, Dammo Farmer and more.
Released Wednesday, November 19, The M.A.F.E. Project is available for free streaming and download via BJ’s official site.
