Topeka, Kansas emcee, Mike Schpitz has teamed up with a couple of the city’s finest, Stik Figa and Pedro Bizz Juanjulio for the new single, City Council from Schpitz’ upcoming album, Topeka, High. Ypsilanti/Chicago artist, Slot-A provides the backdrop for the meeting of the minds. Although no date is set, Topeka, High will be released later this year.
