“We didn’t sleep the night we left for Copenhagen. Landing sometime between the morning and early afternoon we went headfirst into the culture of “Smokenhagen.” From the graffiti stained walls to the island-like shacks emanating Reggae chunes and heavy Danish hash smoke, Christiania was a sight to behold. A sovereign community playing by their own rules dictated solely by coexistence. “Photosynthesis” is a charting of personal growth and what better way to grow than to integrate yourself within a new city and new culture.
