After the success of “The Raw Tape” and “Weapon of the Future”, French producer Astronote (of Jupiter AKA and The Forty Fivers fame) is back with a new solo project, The Astroblacked LP. The new album is a journey through time and space that fuses Hip-Hop, Soul, Jazz, Funk and Electronica. The space cadets for this voyage of sound includes Blu, Stacy Epps, Illa J (Yancey Boys), Rasheeda Ali, and Nick Walker.

“FTJFY” is the latest single from the genre bending album The Astroblacked LP. Astronote, a master of unconventional production, approaches this instrumental with chef like precision, placing different genre arrangements into a stewpot in an effort to create a sonic delicacy for the masses.
