The Portland emcee has been making local headlines since Saturday night, when he refused to perform at his own show after swarms of Police arrived at the venue and disrupted the positive, peaceful atmosphere. For Portland hip hop fans this was just another example of the city actively resisting any shred of urban culture, but for Illmaculate it was the final straw.
