3 years ago I stayed some month in London working for DJ Vadim. Around the time we did a little box set with for Jakarta Records together with hhv.de and we did an exclusive 7″ for it featuring a song by Vadim’s by then new group The Electric. I asked Markus Ganter who I studied with in Mannheim back then and who played Bass for Blitz The Ambassador on some of his first Euro gigs whether he would be up to do a remix for the flip. Fast forward 3 years: Markus Ganter now is one of the most in demand German producers recently having produced the albums of Casper, Sizarr and Muso. Time flies but his remix of “You Are Diamonds” still sounds crisp even though it was done 3 years ago.

I found a handful of copies some days ago while cleaning up the office. Limited to 111 copies.
