Los Angeles MC ethemadassassin released his third solo album “Soul on Fire” yesterday

Still reppin’ North Carolina, he moved to California in the past couple of years to team up with his old partner in rhyme Veteran Eye and form Veteran Assassins. Though the group have a new album in the pipeline, both also continue to produce solo material. “Soul on Fire” has received props for its mix of classic soul, rock and r&b production which E spits over with some fierce rhymes and real street stories.

Reflecting back to hip hop’s Golden Era when starting out back in the day, his life in NC and his development through the years both personally and musically, the album represents a biographical snapshot depicted openly and honestly. Success, mistakes, ambitions and the world around him as it happened, it’s all there in a no holds barred account of the reality of his life to date.

To mark the release of his album he has just launched this bangin’ new bonus joint “H.T.G.” featuring Sole-R. Both Emcees go in all the way over the kickin’ drums and heavy bass led production.
