California music producer Malek is pleased to release his sophomore effort, Opus. The free album consists of 11 new tracks, primarily composed of instrumental, cinematic Hip-Hop. Malek also lends his vocals on a few tracks, including “Back To The Basics,” “Anymore (Find Your Love),” and “Every Other Girl.”

Malek has been producing music for more than nine years and got his start by entering producer showcases and beat battles such as Red Bull Big Tune, where he advanced to the national semi-final round, as well as the 2009 One Stop Producer’s Conference presented by iStandard Producers and Sha Money XL, where Malek was among the top four finalists. This past April, Malek won the ASCAP I Create Music Expo producer showcase hosted by iStandard Producers in Los Angeles.

Malek has worked with the likes of Sean Kingston and has placed several records on television shows on networks such as NBC, HBO, MTV, E!, ABC and many others. Malek shares his passion for music by releasing “Opus” as a free download.
