As the internet has expanded and “releasing” an album has become little more than it’s appearance on iTunes, labels more than ever need to show consistency in the music they release to remain relevant and help connoisseurs wade through the 14,000+ new releases they’re bombarded with every Tuesday.

Since it’s inception in 1999, Soulspazm has vigorously pursued it’s mission to release only the finest quality hip hop, and has become known for a certain sound.

Yesterday Soulspazm released Volume 1, comprised of the tracks recorded over the past twelve years that best represent that sound.
