Camp Lo’s 80 Blocks from Tiffany’s album, produced exclusively by and featuring the legendary Pete Rock, comes out summer 2011. To build momentum for the project, they tabbed Trackstar the DJ of the Smoking Section to assemble a mix of blends of Camp Lo a capellas as well as four new exclusive freestyle tracks, all over classic Pete Rock beats, fortified by a selection of unreleased Camp Lo tracks and remixes. Executive produced and hosted by DJ Mark DiVita, who spearheaded the project as Camp Lo’s tour manager, the 80 Blocks mixtape showcases the Luchini duo at their best–spitting their fly and unique slang over beats from one of hip hop’s greatest producers.
