Kokayi – “Autumn Rules” – Produced By Oddisee

It’s the first day of Autumn in 2010, so it’s only right that we give the day an appropriate soundtrack with another leak from Kokayi’s forthcoming album, ‘Robots & Dinosaurs’.

“Autumn Rules” features Koke questioning the nature of dependency and suicide via soulfully-sung vocals layered over a dusty guitar-loop & drum combo courtesy of fellow MD-artist-in-residence, Oddisee. It’s track like these that continue to set Kokayi apart from the seemingly endless wave of ‘me-too’ posers and showcase his impressive range of talent.
