Savant, Lanet, Louis Logic & Miss Flint “Star Of the Story”

As a prelude to LMNZ’s international collaborative compilation “Worldwide Rap”, the German soundsmith blends the verbal weavings of Louis Logic, Savant and Turkish emcee Lanet with a George Benson inspired backdrop. Each emcee uses their verse to craft a narrative wherein homage is paid to the most important female figure in their respective lives, as Berlin songstress Miss Flint’s vocal stylings tie the bars together.

LMNZ’s (pronounced “Elements”) vision of bringing the world closer together via the universal language of hip hop manifests itself as a multilingual audio assemblage without musical limits. The sonic influences range from jazz, soul and blues all the way to salsa, Arabic and Oriental and are supplemented by bars depicting the many aspects of the human experience. Eschewed are the cliché images of hip hop displayed in today’s media, and embraced are real life narratives speaking of war and peace, passion, and social commentary.
