Introducing: The Prime (Luckyiam & Sapient) – Common Place

We are pleased to announce the brand new, crew-intermingling group, The Prime which consists of; Luckyiam and Sapient, of the Portland based crew, The Sandpeople.

After meeting in 2003, Luckyiam & Sapient kept running into eachother on the road and various places. Luckyiam kept hearing about the extent of Sapient’s production prowess from fans and artists alike. Eventually, in 2007 Luckyiam and Sapient were re-connected via a mutual friend, and The Prime was born.

They now bring you, Common Place which is the first single from their upcoming album, “One Uppers” which will be available on November 24, 2009.
